Position: Paralegal
Location: Charlotte, Charleston, Greenville
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Experience: Previous paralegal experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Organize and maintain case files and documents.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Schedule and manage appointments, hearings, and meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
