Patent Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 7+ years of experience to join the patent litigation group of the Firm. Responsibilities will include creating, revising and editing documents; motion briefing; document collections and production; managing discovery responses, e-discovery, depositions, and exhibits; witness preparation; proficiency in document database software; pre-trial work up; and attending trial.? Other aspects of this position will be and general day-to-day non-client tasks; closely monitoring case calendars and keeping the partner and team apprised daily of necessary information. Experience with civil procedure, patent infringement cases, legal calendaring, and court dockets is preferred.? A college degree and/or a paralegal certificate is required.
