What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced BI and UM Claim Adjuster who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and has strong negotiating skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required, and having a 620 All Lines Adjuster license is a plus. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of tort law in Florida and be able to communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

Responsibilities

As a BI and UM Claim Adjuster, you will be responsible for negotiating and settling BI and UM claims on behalf of our clients. This includes proactively communicating with clients to provide updates, returning phone calls within 24 hours, and maintaining professional relationships with medical providers and insurance adjusters. You will also be expected to keep detailed notes in the file to ensure everyone is on the same page and be able to meet work deadlines. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team, providing support and assistance when needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have at least one year of experience as a BI or UM Claim Negotiator. You must also be fluent in Spanish, as many of our clients speak Spanish as their primary language. In addition, you must have strong organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude towards helping injured individuals.
