Job Title:
Relationship Administrator II

Job Responsibilities:
The Relationship Administrator II independently manages and services a high volume portfolio of complex real estate loans in support of the Mortgage Warehouse line of business. Key responsibilities include managing the draw process, reviewing draw packages, and identifying and obtaining outstanding documentation necessary for funding. This role involves close collaboration with clients, loan closers, the line of business, credit risk partners, and legal counsel. The administrator is responsible for monitoring documentation benchmarks, servicing requirements, and exceptions, including principal, interest, fees, and past dues. Additionally, the position involves contributing to the development and training of junior associates.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for the Relationship Administrator II position has five or more years of previous real estate loan administration experience or real estate paralegal experience. The role requires proficiency in computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

Requirements:
- Two or more years of previous real estate loan administration experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, effectively collaborate, and coordinate servicing activities with various business partners and teammates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems, recommend options, and execute solutions
