As an associate in our Private Funds, Secondaries practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including GP-led secondary transactions and continuation vehicles. You will also have the chance to negotiate fund organizational documents and handle the purchase and sale of assets, such as portfolio companies and limited partnership interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of transactions within the Private Funds, Secondaries practice
- Negotiate fund organizational documents
- Handle purchase and sale of assets, including portfolio companies and limited partnership interests
- Collaborate with partners and clients to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in secondaries transactions
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
Salary Information:
- Base salary for associate positions: $225,000 - $435,000, depending on class year
