The candidate will be responsible for working on Creditor Bankruptcy files in the mortgage foreclosure context, including, opening files in Case Aware, checking LPS, Bankruptcy/Pacer Searches, preparing Transfer of Claims (TOC), Proof of Claims (POC) and related notices, Motion for Relief from Stay. Bankruptcy litigation experience a plus.
