The Position:
As an associate litigation attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate subjects, including landlord-tenant disputes, construction disputes, land use issues, CEQA compliance, HOA/TIC matters, and purchase and sale transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, participating in discovery, providing trial support, and handling writs and appeals. We value attention to detail and excellent research and writing skills, and we offer regular opportunities for client interface, court appearances, and trial work.

The Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have 2 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate law.
