Job Title: Lateral Associate - Law Firm Defense (San Francisco)
Salary Range: $310,000 - $420,000 per year
Experience: Law school class years 2018-2021 preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft motions and briefs
- Participate in all aspects of discovery
- Manage cases and clients
- Mediate and arbitrate cases
- Assist with trial preparation and practice

Qualifications:
- Law school class years 2018-2021 preferred
- Previous exposure to law firm defense matters preferred
- District court or appellate court clerkship a plus
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication skills

Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $310,000 - $420,000
- Salary will be based on qualifications and other operational considerations
