Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Effectively manage a caseload of 50-75 cases. Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions. Continually communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and courts. Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens). Accurately maintain case management data in Needles (case management database). Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation.

Qualifications: College degree or comparable paralegal certification and experience. Should have 2 years of experience required in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm; 5+ years experience preferred. Trucking experience preferred. Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation. Proficiency in personal injury law involving motor vehicle collisions. Proficiency in preparing discovery responses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (Needles preferred). Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email.
