Job Description
• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of real estate matters, including financing, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts
• Conduct due diligence and title review
• Advise clients on real estate regulatory and compliance issues
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in real estate law
• Participate in business development initiatives and help grow the real estate practice
Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal counsel on real estate financing, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions

Qualifications
• 4-6 years’ experience in real estate law, specifically in financing, lender representation, co-lender/intercreditor, and/or CMBS
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships
