Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex real estate joint venture transactions, from term sheet negotiations through closing
- Prepare joint venture agreements and assess risks
- Negotiate and advise on ownership structures and terms
- Conduct tax due diligence and provide guidance on tax-efficient transactional structuring
- Participate in the Mansfield Rule Certification Program to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate transactions and tax law
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple functions across high-stakes projects
