The Law Firm in Dallas is currently seeking a Real Estate Associate to join our thriving real estate practice group. We are looking for a candidate with a class of 2021 and commercial real estate transactions experience. The ideal candidate will have a broad base of real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases, in a variety of asset classes. Experience with data centers and/or energy project development would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases
- Conduct due diligence and review title and survey documents
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the transactions
- Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate transactions
- Stay informed on current real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas
- Class of 2021 with commercial real estate transactions experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
