Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working with attorneys and other support staff on the defense of personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial matters. Some college is required. Responsibilities: Calendaring and managing client deadlines; Keeping case files organized; Preparing legal documents such as answers, discovery documents, mediation and arbitration notebooks. Daily contact with clients, court personnel, legal support vendors, and opposing counsel. Perform other duties as assigned by partners, associate attorneys, and/or the office manager to ensure the success of the firm. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred. Should have 2+ years of civil litigation of experience. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. E-filing experience required. Proficiency with Tabs 3 time and billing software is preferred. Experience with time and billing software required.
