- This position reports directly to the New Business Intake Manager and is part of the Revenue Services Department

- Candidate may reside in Atlanta, Baltimore, Charleston, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Columbia, Ft. Lauderdale, Johnson City, Knoxville, Orlando, Raleigh, or Tallahassee areas
- Remote work with in-office days required on the 2nd and 4th mandatory Wednesdays of each month
- Responsibilities include producing conflict reports, creating client-matter numbers, and maintaining firm databases
- Must adhere to departmental policies and procedures, research and answer questions for internal clients, and handle special projects as assigned
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with various departments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role
- Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and balance multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solutions
- Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with attorneys and staff
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role
- Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail and accuracy
- Overtime may be required, and candidates must have authorization to work in the United States
