Job Title: Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from intake through trial
- Obtain, review, and summarize medical records
- Draft demand letters and legal pleadings
- Handle disbursements and lien negotiations
- Maintain consistent client communication
- Understand and evaluate damages and injuries
- Conduct legal research and draft motions
- Collaborate closely with attorneys throughout the litigation process

Education and Experience Information:
- 10+ years of experience in both pre-litigation and litigation
- Preferred (but not required) experience in property damage claims, premises liability, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation

Salary Information:
- Competitive base salary of $90,000 – $110,000 with performance-based bonuses
- Pay range: $90, - $120, per year
