**Job Title:**
Regional Marketing Coordinator - (Hybrid Schedule)

**Job Responsibilities:**
The Regional Marketing Coordinator at the law firm is responsible for executing various regional and practice group marketing initiatives strategically. The individual acts as the regional marketer in the designated area and is expected to be visible, approachable, flexible, and proactive. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating directly with the Office Managing Partner (OMP) to oversee all external and client-facing initiatives in the market.
- Supporting the strategic development and tactical deployment of marketing programs that build the law firm brand within the market. This includes advertising, sponsorships, client educational and entertainment events, and community support initiatives.
- Coordinating community support and office-supported practice development sponsorships at the local level, including coordinating ads, branding, attendance at events, and evaluating ROI.
- Working with the OMP to determine the viability of regional market client entertainment requests and executing these requests according to established best practices.
- Coordinating with the OMP on regional marketing budget matters, including budget development, monitoring expenditures, evaluating and classifying expenses, and maintaining budget files.
- Coordinating internal communications for the office and reporting marketing/business development successes.
- Monitoring competitive developments within the region and recommending marketing responses in collaboration with the OMP.
- Implementing firm-wide branding campaigns at the local/regional level as assigned.
- Acting as local marketing support for firm-wide initiatives.
- Participating in the new attorney onboarding process and overseeing external local/regional marketing vendor relationships.
- Working with in-house graphics teams to prepare community support advertisements, invitations, and other collateral designs.
- Organizing and executing marketing and business development training for lawyers locally as needed.
- Assisting with local elements of the onboarding plan for lateral recruitment.
- Collaborating with Business Development (BD) to gather information on and assess membership opportunities in regional business or trade organizations and boards.
- Leading all in-person, hybrid, and virtual regional profile-raising and cross-practice events.
- Coordinating and executing Business Inclusion Group (BIG) activities and collaborating with various marketing functions to produce materials needed for BIG initiatives.
- Traveling to regional offices may be necessary for event execution.

**Education and Experience Information:**
- Education: College-level training in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in a marketing-related field is required. Experience in law firm, professional services, or financial services is preferred. Previous marketing, public relations, events, or media experience is a plus, as well as an interest in and ability to understand the legal business environment.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines. Must be able to collaborate with a team and employees from other departments.
