**Members Only** is seeking second-year law students interested in joining the firm’s 2026 Summer Associate Program in the Business Law Department. This 10-week program offers positions in various offices across the country, including Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, Madison, Miami, Milwaukee, New York, Orlando, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Tampa, and Washington, .
The ideal candidate for this position is a second-year law student who is eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities, values a supportive and respectful work environment, and thrives in a team setting. Interested applicants must have excellent academic credentials and attend an ABA-accredited law school. The salary for this position is $225,000 per year, pro-rated based on the duration of employment, and does not include benefits.

Summering at Foley provides law students with a comprehensive experience, including real-world work, feedback and reviews, networking opportunities, and training and mentoring. The program typically runs for 10 weeks from May to July and encourages students to explore different practice areas and participate in pro bono projects. A summer associate retreat in Chicago is also included, providing a chance to meet firm leadership, connect with peers, and enjoy the city.
