Senior Counsel - Global Partnerships
Job Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on various . and global partnership transactions with minimal direction and supervision.
- Support the deal desk and work on other commercial contracts within the Global Partnership Ecosystem group.
- Develop scalable processes to enhance business velocity and manage a variety of concurrent tasks.
- Understand the technical and business requirements of transactions to intelligently manage both legal and business risks.
- Identify and implement processes to increase scalability and efficiency, ensuring that the right resource is doing the right work.
- Counsel the business team on various legal issues related to partner operations and the structure of the partnership function.
- Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways to address risk and enable business agility and productivity.
Education and Experience Information
- Must have a . degree from an ABA-accredited law school or meet the requirements for legal education in a foreign country.
- Membership in good standing with at least one US State Bar is required.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in commercial/transactional areas, including structuring partnerships, contract drafting, negotiation, and deal management.

Salary Information
**Members Only** offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $206,000 - $279,000, Southern California $203,000 - $275,000. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. **Members Only** conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing pay equity for employees.
