Family Law Paralegal The candidate will draft legal documents, including wills and advanced directives. Assist in the preparation of legal documents for clients. Research laws, statutes, and regulations. Recommend changes to the firm's standards and procedures to improve service. Provide expert guidance to clients on legal issues. Help clients understand their legal rights and responsibilities. Locate court forms and documents. Prepare client financial statements for court. Prepare exhibits for trial. Should preferably have 5+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Spanish skills are preferred.
