Duties: The candidate is responsible for planning and executing the firms’ training programs, overall marketing, and business development objectives. Plan and manage all major training programs annually and firm special events. Site selection includes virtual options, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Marketing - brochure updates/design, mailings (regular mail and e-invites), coordination with printer, advertising. Registration and input of registration information into the database. Correspondence with participants regarding program details, housing, travel, etc. Plan, execute, and serve in a lead role at seminars and social events. Coordinate program schedule, the printing of seminar materials. Assist seminar participants pre-arrival and during their stay. All follow-up procedures post-seminar, including evaluations, budget analysis, and other participant communication. Selection and management of vendors: Draft, edit and produce firm publications, advertisements, and other marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, attorney biographies, and PowerPoint presentations. Update website content and serve as lead for website management. Conduct research on potential clients and field new client inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.
