Senior Paralegal - Civil Defense at Law Firm
Law firm **Members Only** is seeking an experienced and highly motivated paralegal to support their growing trucking defense practice group. The successful candidate should have 2 to 5 years of civil defense litigation experience and will receive a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 depending on experience.

Experience with civil litigation cases
Proficiency with CMECF filing (Federal and State)

Experience with a litigation document management system
Communication and writing skills
Additional Qualifications Preferred:
Experience in construction defect defense a plus
Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
Experience working with ProLaw
