Job Title: Litigation Docketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Docketing Specialist is responsible for providing multi-jurisdictional litigation docketing support across the law firm. This role is client-focused and detail-oriented, requiring the handling of 20+ filings per day and 6+ attorney requests. The specialist must familiarize themselves with local rules across over 100 jurisdictions due to differing rulings and filings. Essential duties include:

- Reviewing legal documents and filings to determine associated deadlines for Federal, State, and Appellate Courts.
- Entering litigation deadlines into the docketing database following established procedures.
- Monitoring internal team inboxes for court filings and ensuring receipt and retention.
- Generating docket reports and responding to queries from attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
- Monitoring cases using various online resources and distributing documents as requested.
- Handling case team inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Maintaining litigation docketing team protocols.
- Performing other duties as assigned to meet position requirements.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Litigation Docketing Specialist position should have:

- Two years of experience in litigation docketing, calendaring, and civil procedure.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various court websites, litigation procedures, docket searching, and document retrieval databases.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under general supervision.
- Effective communication skills across all levels within the firm.
- The ability to handle and maintain confidential or sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, data entry, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Salary Information:
The position offers a Colorado salary range of - per hour, with a discretionary bonus available based on performance. Additional Information:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will provide training, guidance, and review work of others. The role is initially in-person Monday through Friday for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid role with in-office work required at least two days a week thereafter.
