- Reviewing discovery documents and assisting attorneys in planning defense strategies.
- Managing and maintaining the calendars and task lists for all employees.
- Answering the main phone line, addressing inquiries, and fielding messages.
- Reviewing offers and pleas with clients and answering their questions.
- Assisting attorneys with various issues that arise during legal proceedings.
- Keeping attorneys’ calendars updated and maintained.
- Collecting payments from clients.
- Drafting, notarizing, and executing contracts.
