Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work within an automated and systematized structure to assist in various components, both pre and post-filing, of various case types, including those on a humanitarian track; work will require the ability to follow directions while exercising independent judgement and working together as part of a team. Should have Bachelor's degree and a minimum 2 years experience in immigration. Experience in preparing and filing I-485s, I-360s, I-130s, FOIAS, I-914s is required. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
