Job Title: Senior Creative Marketing & Brand Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Creative Marketing & Brand Manager is tasked with developing and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and meet business objectives. This role involves a high level of creativity and a deep understanding of the law firm's capabilities and business goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Clarifying and reinforcing the law firm's brand internally to encourage loyalty and pride among employees.
- Supporting brand messaging through creative means such as signage, videos, and events.
- Reinforcing the firm's values and history while envisioning its future, and communicating what distinguishes the firm.
- Ensuring brand consistency and integrity by updating outdated branding materials and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Designing and executing firmwide creative marketing campaigns, including video content, in alignment with brand strategy.
- Providing ideas and guidance for compelling marketing materials, including innovative pitch documents.
- Generating new creative marketing ideas and sharing them with colleagues across various practices and industries.
- Sharing best practices for effective webinars and marketing campaigns within the Marketing Department.
- Implementing lead generation strategies for firmwide campaigns and advising team members on practice/industry webinars.
- Identifying and assessing new tools for digital and video marketing.
- Developing systems to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Conducting market analysis to understand client engagement with the firm's brands and marketing campaigns.
- Sharing successful creative marketing approaches across the Marketing Department.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent significant experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in creative marketing and brand management, with law firm experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of creative marketing, brand management, and law firm practices is required.
- Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
- High degree of collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with Communications, Business Development, Creative Services, and other teams.
- Expertise in technology relevant to the position.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness.
- High degree of creativity and focus on implementing marketing approaches that drive business.
- Strong business acumen to recognize and pursue marketing opportunities strategically.
- Excellent attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to quickly assess information, anticipate issues, make effective decisions, and draw clear conclusions from diverse data.
- Talent for creating client satisfaction and focusing on client value in all work.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position varies by location:
- New York, San Francisco salary range: $164k to $229k
- Los Angeles, Washington, . salary range: $156k to $218k
Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The salary range may vary based on factors including local market data, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
