Now Hiring: Paralegal – Creditors’ Rights

Location: Pittsburgh, PA | Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri (40 hrs/week)

 Hybrid: 4 Days In-Office / 1 Remote

Salary: $55,000–$65,000

Are you a skilled and organized paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career? Our Creditors’ Rights practice group is growing, and we’re searching for a motivated professional to provide top-tier support to our attorneys. You’ll be at the center of casework—drafting pleadings, coordinating with courts, managing files, and communicating directly with clients.

If you're experienced in collections, foreclosure, or tax matters, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys in all stages of creditors’ rights cases


• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence


• Prepare for hearings and trials—compile binders, lists, and exhibits


• Perform legal research and track case developments


• Handle communications with courts, clients, and internal teams


• Use legal software tools (Pro-Law, Collection Master) and coordinate with accounting

What We’re Looking For

• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred


• 3+ years of law firm experience (creditors’ rights work strongly preferred)


• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines


• Proficiency with legal research and case management software


• A proactive, client-service mindset
