Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: managing foreclosure from referral through conclusion, ordering title, obtaining payoffs, deed, assignment and letter preparation, meeting time sensitive deadlines, providing updates and timely responses to clients, etc. Must have 1+ year of related foreclosure experience. Experience in LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus. Broad knowledge of real estate default services is required. Superior organizational skills, research, and writing skills are needed.
