Education and Experience Information
Candidates must possess a strong academic record and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration law. Experience with PERM applications, H-1Bs, and L-1s is required. Applicants are expected to have graduated from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law.

For those in Denver, Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Naples, Phoenix, San Diego, St. Louis, Tampa, and Tucson, the range is $175,000 to $250,000.
