Law Firm is looking for a Senior Immigration Attorney to join the team. The successful candidate will have and will be responsible for managing a wide variety of family-based, humanitarian-based, and employment-based immigration matters.

The role will include:

• Preparing appeals, motions, and petitions before the federal district courts and federal circuit courts
• Representing clients before the Immigration Court, . Citizenship & Immigration Services, . Department of State, and other agencies
• Possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, outstanding organizational skills, intercultural communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team
• Fluency in Spanish is a big plus

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $95K-$125K (plus great benefits).
