Job Description:
- Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes
- Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trial
- Prepare a variety of legal documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites
- Utilize computer programs and document management systems to enhance job performance
- Maintain case files electronically
