We are currently seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team in multiple locations including Gainesville, Jacksonville Beach, Jacksonville, and Ocala, Florida.

As a Workers Compensation Attorney at Farah & Farah, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and work with a dedicated and supportive team.

Responsibilities for this position include opening new files, making initial client contact, and maintaining regular communication with clients. You will also be responsible for fully investigating each case, gathering and analyzing relevant information and documents, and entering this information into our database. Additionally, you will verify insurance coverage and liability issues, manage client's medical care, and review medical records. Organization and attention to detail are key in this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing case files and preparing them for submission to demand writers.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of Workers Compensation experience and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills are also essential. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop working relationships with clients, field associates, and vendors. You should also have the capacity to work independently and in a team environment, maintain confidentiality, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is a plus, and Spanish speaking abilities are also a plus.

This is a full-time position in a professional office setting with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a JD from an accredited university and GA Bar Admission are preferred.
