If so, Clark Hill is looking for you! We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Labor & Employment Associate to join our Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco office.

- Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, based on full-time work schedule

- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus

Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in single-plaintiff employment litigation, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination lawsuits
- Handle class action/PAGA experience
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions, and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions, and conduct administrative hearings (preferred)
- Draft workplace policies and conduct employee trainings
- Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to employers
- Possess excellent work ethic, writing, communication, and research skills

Requirements:
- California bar license
- 1+ years of Labor & Employment experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and with clients
