Law Firm is seeking a Managing or Senior Associate with 4-7 years of private fund formation experience to join our Technology Companies Group (TCG) practice.
Responsibilities:
- Work with and manage fund-side tasks for clients in the emerging companies and venture capital ecosystem
- Provide expertise on fund formation and regulatory matters for a diverse range of sponsors, from established multi-billion AUM funds to emerging managers
- Represent innovative companies and investors at all stages, offering unique problem-solving solutions
- Collaborate with a global team of top-notch attorneys
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience focused on private fund formation and investment management, with some experience in representing venture capital and growth equity funds
- Highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Bar membership in the state where practicing is required
