Job Responsibilities:

- Management, Committees, and Meetings: Collaborating with Office Managing Shareholders (OMS), attending meetings, chairing business service professional meetings, planning social functions, managing special projects, and traveling as required.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Office Management or Human Resources, or a combination of 6+ years of experience and education.
- Professional experience in managing others, directing workloads, performance management, and event planning.
- Experience in managing remote staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Document Management Systems, and expense and billing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
- Dependability and strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to maintain trust and deliver excellent client service.
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple projects and offices.
