Job Responsibilities
During the summer program at the law firm, Summer Associates will:
- Engage in learning from renowned trial attorneys within a dynamic team environment.
- Receive mentorship in best practices and learn how to provide aggressive and effective service for clients.
- Prepare for trial and understand the data-informed solutions the firm is developing to improve the legal space for clients.
- Gain hands-on experience, participate in learning and development courses, and build valuable professional networks.
- Potentially receive offers of full-time employment based on individual achievements and successful completion of the program.
Education and Experience Information
- Candidates must be currently enrolled law students with an anticipated graduation year of 2027.
- Candidates should have a passion for and strong interest in representing injured clients.
- Candidates need to be self-starters capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality client service are required.
Salary Information
- The hourly range for the position is $35 - $40 USD.
