As a Claims Manager, you will oversee and manage primary casualty claims, playing a critical role in maintaining profitable growth and client relationships. You will have the opportunity to lead negotiations during case dispositions and provide valuable information to underwriters and actuaries.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead negotiations during case dispositions
- Provide timely and meaningful information to underwriters and actuaries
- Maintain profitable growth and account retention
- Foster long-term company and client relationships

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required, JD preferred but not required
- 7-10 years of claims handling experience and relevant litigation experience
- Experience working with and managing TPAs
- Proven success in managing litigation and negotiating claims
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive with a sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel as needed for business and caseload
