Job Title: Practice Management Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
As a Practice Management Coordinator at the law firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic direction of the Business Law Department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining organizational and reporting tools to track personnel, expenses, projects, and other relevant department-level data.
- Coordinating with key administrative groups within the firm to ensure the timely and effective execution of priority initiatives.
- Overseeing administrative details related to department-level trainings and special events, including scheduling, logistical planning, distributing invites and materials, and updating firm calendars and web pages. This may include supporting virtual and local events.
- Creating and distributing monthly reporting updates to practice management teams.
- Working with the Practice Manager of BLD to collect data, organize, and upload it to secure sites for department Co-Chairs.
- Collecting attorney data and other reporting information as requested by BLD Co-Chairs.
- Maintaining robust department iNet pages, including both secure and public pages.
- Monitoring department inboxes and responding to inquiries, ensuring hiring approval requests are forwarded to BLD Co-Chairs for review.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date action item checklists for various department-level processes.
- Collaborating with teams to develop reporting tools that showcase data for Department Chairs.
- Training and working with department-level Co-Op(s) to assist with department-level tasks.
- Assisting with general department information requests from attorneys and staff.
- Conducting Workday updates, such as BU, LPA, and PPA modifications for timekeepers.
- Maintaining and updating department-level DG lists.
- Developing a strong understanding of essential firm technologies like iManage, MS Teams, Excel, Workday, Foundation, and Intapp Time.
- Attending various meetings and special events to stay informed of developments within the firm.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workload are essential.
- Sophisticated computer skills, particularly with Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn and remain current with various software packages are necessary.
- The ability to handle pressure, work extended hours if requested, and manage multiple projects and changing priorities is important.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of firm personnel are required.
- Sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills, along with the ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information, are crucial.
- Availability for events outside of regular working hours (early morning or evening events) is required.
- A minimum of 3 days a week in the office is expected.

Salary Information:
- This position is eligible for overtime.
- The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience, ranging from $60, to $70,.
