Job Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Answer phones and greet clients at the entrance.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate closings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and title companies.
- Take trips to the registry of deeds, city hall, and/or the secretary of state to obtain and/or record legal documents.
- Help plan office and client events.
- Assist with social media postings.
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks related to the operation of the firm and its legal work.
Office Management Duties:
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure all packages are picked up or dropped off to vendors.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support billing and invoicing processes.
Education and Experience Information:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA.
