Job Title: Unified Communications Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily review and resolution of user and system issues to maintain optimal operations.
- Manage and administer the Zoom platform to ensure seamless communication.
- Utilize Power BI for dashboarding and analytics, focusing on data-driven insights.
- Handle AudioCodes voice infrastructure, including SBCs and voice gateways.
- Troubleshoot complex UC and telephony issues, including VoIP, video conferencing, SIP, and UC-related networking.
- Maintain strong communication and documentation skills to efficiently resolve issues.
- Work within a hybrid work environment, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
- Travel to company data centers and offices as required.
- Overtime may be required as job duties demand.
Education and Experience Information:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Unified Communications, with direct Zoom enterprise administration.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBCs and voice gateways.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in VoIP, video conferencing, SIP, and UC-related networking.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UC monitoring tools such as Zoom Quality Dashboard, Zoom Quality of Service, and Palo Alto ADEM.
- Experience integrating Zoom with other platforms like Teams, ServiceNow, and CRM tools.
- Scripting experience for automation, such as PowerShell and Python.
Education:
- Required: High School or equivalent.
- Preferred: College education.
License and Certification:
- Preferred: AudioCodes ACA/ACP certification.
Salary Information:
- California: The pay range for this position is to per hour.
- Washington .: The pay range for this position is to per hour. Medical, vision, and dental coverage is available, including coverage for dependents and domestic partners. This information is provided pursuant to the District of Columbia Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act of 2023.
