Job Title: Legal Case Manager - Bilingual

Job Responsibilities:

- Accept and evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyze their case fit, and ensure the client feels seen and heard.
- Provide prospective new clients with a level of service that leaves them feeling better off having contacted the law firm. This may include referrals to appropriate government agencies, sharing free resources produced by the firm, etc.
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet the law firm's criteria to keep schedules organized.
- Facilitate new client onboarding through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure cases are managed efficiently.
- Be proficient in the law firm's contact management and case management software.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency.
- Process paperwork for new clients efficiently and in accordance with protocols.
- Communicate constructively with other team members to reduce conflict and enhance the client experience.
- Respect clients with dignity and confidentiality.
- Respond to calls for information requests in support of the demand.
- Communicate and build rapport with clients, adjusters, and the physician’s office.
- Perform file reviews.
- Maintain hard and electronic files to ensure they are up to date; record detailed information in the law firm's software.
- Handle high call volume.
- Update colleagues on the status of work and workflow.
- Escalate issues to the attorney as necessary.
- Develop and maintain detailed records regarding hours spent on specific cases.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
- A motivated self-starter who can multitask and meet deadlines while prioritizing assignments.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the position.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
- Must be able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficient with software related to job responsibilities. Computer literacy is essential; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom.

Salary Information:

- Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly.
