Job Title: Client Program Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
The Client Program Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level support to client program teams within the law firm. Key responsibilities include overseeing matter management, organizing process flows, and acting as a liaison between clients, the law firm’s timekeepers, and various departments. Specific duties include:
- Running conflict checks and maintaining knowledge management resources
- Developing creative solutions to business opportunities
- Billing clients for certain activities as directed by the manager
- Working with lawyers and staff to meet service expectations and address specific problems or opportunities
- Driving service innovation to deliver services more efficiently, effectively, and profitably
- Learning and utilizing new technology tools to create efficiencies and add value to client teams
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of new personnel to meet client needs
- Managing requests affecting legal teams and client operations, tracking project plans, and reporting on deliverables
- Implementing project management frameworks to track progress and adherence to the scope of work
Education and Experience Information:
- 1+ years’ experience in legal services or other services industry
- High school diploma or GED certification required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and minimal supervision
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, HighQ, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SharePoint preferred
- Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Client Program Coordinator position varies by location:
- Washington: $62,000 to $68,000 annually ( hourly)
- California (Los Angeles): $62,000 to $71,000 annually ( hourly); (San Francisco): $73,000 to $78,000 annually ( hourly)
- New York: $73,000 to $80,000 annually ( hourly)
- District of Columbia: $66,000 to $73,000 annually ( hourly)
