Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
- Support the recruitment process through tasks such as scheduling office and video interviews, conducting background checks on potential candidates, and creating and collecting offer letters.
- Coordinate training via the Learning Management System.
- Support other assigned functions as required by the department.
- Perform onboarding, orientation, and update records of new employees.
- Produce and submit reports as needed on various HR activities.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in HR is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and practices.
- Superb decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and related business and communication tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Exposure to payroll practices is preferred.
