The law firm **Members Only** is currently seeking a Legal Resource Assistant for their Los Angeles office. This position will involve providing administrative support to attorneys and other legal personnel in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other firm applications. A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a four-year or two-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities for this role will include preparing, editing, and proofreading legal documents and emails, as well as assisting with trials, depositions, client meetings, and case strategy meetings. The Legal Resource Assistant will also be responsible for managing attorneys' calendars, arranging conference calls and virtual meetings, processing expenses and invoices, and coordinating travel. Other duties include maintaining attorneys' files, onboarding new clients and matters, and reviewing and finalizing firm invoices to clients.

To be considered for this position, candidates should have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. The ability to work in a team/collaborative environment is also essential. This is a nonexempt position, eligible for overtime, and may also receive a discretionary bonus annually. The base salary for this role is $52,800.

In terms of qualifications, a minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a four-year or two-year degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communications skills, both oral and written, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, various databases, and Internet research. Flexibility to work additional hours, as necessary, is also required.
