Job Responsibilities
The Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations at the law firm is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team in driving operational excellence and collaboration to support the firm's strategic growth and brand enhancement priorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project management for MBD workstreams, specifically related to the design and implementation of the firm's Next-Gen CRM system, which will significantly enhance the capabilities of the firm's business development and marketing functions.
- Playing a pivotal role in facilitating the MBD team’s realignment in support of firm strategy by ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated processes. This includes developing detailed reorganization plans, outlining steps, timelines, and resources needed, and ensuring transparent communication and collaboration.
- Assisting in priority MBD AI optimization projects from planning through execution and tracking success. Responsibilities include developing project plans, ensuring collaboration, tracking progress, and measuring impact on team performance.
- Facilitating ongoing operational change and improvement projects, focusing on optimizing processes, reducing redundancies, and ensuring alignment with objectives. This involves leveraging project management skills to coordinate resources, set clear milestones, and define metrics for success.
- Continuously improving the MBD team's knowledge management approach, maintaining resources, and shared team libraries to centralize core information, foster consistency, and enhance learning and development.
- Assisting with the budgeting process during strategic planning stages and managing departmental budget needs throughout the year.
- Supporting project management related to content development and strategy for firm conferences and events.
- Managing other key projects and resources, including defining business or system requirements, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing and reporting ROI, and maintaining project documentation.
Education and Experience Information
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree.
- Minimum Years of Experience: Eight years of project management experience, ideally in a professional services environment with Marketing and Business Development experience.

- Confidence in managing projects, juggling competing priorities, and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
Salary Information
The law firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $133,625 - $202,352 per year, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Compensation offered will also depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. A comprehensive package of benefits is offered, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, comprising both remote and in-office work, determined in coordination with the hiring manager or supervisor. The arrangement may be modified at the firm's discretion in the future.
