Law Firm Seeking IT Infrastructure Administrator

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Full-time, remote or hybrid position
• Responsible for day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of Infrastructure escalations
• Direct knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms and workflows
• Experience with PowerShell and MS Graph
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of Okta, M365 Administration, and PowerShell is required
• Budgeted salary range of $90,000 - $100,000
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for Infrastructure and User Support teams
• Triage and resolve incidents and calls in real-time
• Support Security Operations tickets and requests
• Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems
• Manage and monitor Identity and Access controls through Okta and Entra/Azure
• Create, support, and maintain Okta configurations for business applications
• Assist in the configuration and enforcement of policies and settings using Conditional Access
• Provide technical support for application authentication and SSO issues through Okta
• Assist with automation for employee onboarding and offboarding, group and account management, and Active Directory processes
• Help manage Active Directory and Entra ID
• Maintain and update systems documentation
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, even for remote work arrangements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Okta or other IAM platforms, M365 Administration, and PowerShell
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
