Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in litigation and bankruptcy practice. Should be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment; Perform substantive legal work under the supervision of attorneys; Perform factual and technical investigation and analysis of case issues; Draft correspondence and legal documents; Prepare documents for hearings and court appearances; Electronic filing in Federal, State, and Bankruptcy Court and Client billing. Must have College degree and/or a paralegal certificate and 5 plus years of paralegal experience. Must have Knowledge of bankruptcy and experience with commercial litigation. Must have 3 years experience.
