This full-time position is open for remote work or in any of our multiple locations across the United States. Compensation for this position ranges from $67,000 to $116,000, depending on location and experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Providing support to attorneys in fact investigation, legal research, document preparation, and production
- Managing databases and case management systems
- Assisting with discovery, deposition preparation, and trial preparation
- Mentoring Paralegal Assistants and Information Governance staff
- Meeting a billable hour requirement of 1500 hours per year

Requirements:

- California asbestos experience is mandatory
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in a law-related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business demands
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience managing direct reports is a plus
