Job Title: Residential Real Estate Paralegal / Closer

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage distribution emails, ensuring all are responded to according to firm policies, and distinguish between emails to be answered by the Closer versus the Pre-Closer.
- Communicate with Buyers, Buyer's Agents, and Lenders regarding questions about closing, builder, document status, figures, and updates to all parties.
- Adhere to Clients' Service Level Agreements.
- Prepare, revise, and balance HUD/ALTA statements with lenders and manage the balancing register.
- Obtain funding approval from Lender/Buyer.
- Monitor and assist Pre-Closer by practicing great file ownership and accountability.
- Send final title documents to the title company ensuring the transaction.
- Confirm all requirements on Commitment are completed prior to closing.

Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma.
- 2+ years of real estate closing experience with a law firm, title, or lending company.
- Experience as a Paralegal is a plus.
- Experience with Qualia is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong task management skills with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Customer-centric approach, with excellent communication skills.
- Solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency and working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs.
