Paralegal-Pre-Closer Duties: Initial point of contact for all parties, including agents and clients, for the preparation of a real estate closing. Requests all the documents necessary to conduct closing according to contract terms. Determines and verifies correct amounts due on mortgages, taxes and other liens. Obtains Attorney approval for legal documents related to the transaction. Schedules closing appointments.
