Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be utilizing their experience handling business transactions, and assisting with entity formation, legal due diligence searches, preparation of closing documents, including Excel based closing statements, coordination with closings, and managing post-closing. As this role is responsible for assisting with the preparation of legal documents, attention to detail is important as well as the ability to coordinate appointments and conduct timely follow-ups. Shall preferably have a working knowledge of business transactions and corporate law. Must have good customer service skills and a positive attitude. Should either have experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal for 1-3 years or be a recent graduate from a Paralegal program.
